PRICING
Rent our historic brick home for photoshoots, film production, as an add on to your 210 rental, or if you are getting married in the neighborhood, you can still rent it for photos or a bridal suite for your special day!
The space is also available for small, quiet, intimate events like a bridal shower or baby shower.
RATES:
$95hr for photoshoots including tax with a 2hr minimum.
$125hr including tax for SINGLE hour booking.
$150hr for bridal suite rentals with a 4hr minimum + $250 refundable cleaning deposit.

SPACE RULES
This is our home, and we rent it exclusively to our community. We do have pets however they are not in the rentable space during your booking. If you or a client do have a pet allergy, we would advise not to book - if it is a mild allergy, you will have no issue as we vacuum and clean the space daily, and before and after bookings.
No shoes on the rugs, and we would ideally appreciate no shoes at all in the space during your booking - we understand that sometimes they need to be worn for specific looks/shoots however.
We allow pets for photoshoots on a case-by-case basis. Well behaved animals are allowed, and for a short period of time.
Please respect our home, by resetting it how it was found before you leave your rental, and also cleaning and removing any trash that was brought in or messes that were made.
If you are looking to do an all day booking, or any sort of film production - we are willing to coordinate a daily rental rate.
If you have not booked before, we will require a copy of photo ID and card on file for any potential damage or reset fee.
